Client Referral Program

If you or your child are enjoying your time with The Piano Cottage, please encourage others to share the experience! Invite friends, classmates, and relatives to enroll. If your referral signs up for private lessons, then each of you will save $50 on tuition. Help to bring music and fun into someone's life. Please complete the form below and provide information for the referral and we will have our team reach out to them.

*There is no limit to the number of referrals, but please fill out a new form for each potential student.

** Discounts are applied to the month following the referred client begins lessons.

*** Must be 18 or older to refer a student and/or family and be currently enrolled to be eligible for discounts.

New Student Referral Form

This program awards a referring family $50 tuition credit for each new family who enrolls with the Piano Cottage. There is no cash value for referrals. Each referred family also receives a $50 tuition credit towards their first month. Referral credit forms must be submitted prior to the new student's first lesson and can only be applied to one referring family. Referral credits cannot be applied retroactively. Tuition credits will be applied to the first tuition period AFTER the new student's enrollment month. Referral credits are available only to families referring new students enrolling at the Piano Cottage and does not apply to current, returning, or advancing students (e.g. a student that takes the summer off and returns). This offer cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. If there are multiple students in a family that is being referred, then each new student counts as a new referral.
